Cloud & AI Companies

Your customers inherit your controls. Make them worth inheriting.

Cloud providers and AI-native companies sit underneath other organizations’ compliance. We build the governance and assurance those customers rely on.

What is at stake.

  1. 01

    Inherited controls

Customers rely on your SOC reports and responsibility matrices.

  2. 02

    Regulatory reach

Designated critical ICT providers now face direct EU oversight under DORA.

  3. 03

    AI accountability

Buyers want evidence of evaluation and oversight. A policy on its own no longer passes.

Risks & operating realities

Where the exposure actually sits.

  1. R1

    Cross-tenant escape

Isolation failures in compute, storage or model-serving layers.

  2. R2

    Model supply chain

Poisoned data, tampered weights and unverified models.

  3. R3

    Prompt injection

Indirect instructions that make agents leak data or take actions.

  4. R4

    Control-plane compromise

Abuse of admin identities, automation roles and support tools.

The rules that shape the work.

The instruments that set the bar in this sector, and what each one demands.

  • ISO/IEC 42001:2023

    International

The AI management-system standard. Certificates are issued by accredited certification bodies.

  • EU AI Act

    EU

GPAI obligations since August 2025 and transparency duties from August 2026. The 2026 Digital Omnibus deferred high-risk duties.

  • NIST AI RMF 1.0 and AI 600-1

    United States (voluntary)

Four functions (Govern, Map, Measure, Manage), extended by the Generative AI profile.

  • FedRAMP

    United States (federal)

Cloud authorization for federal use, with Rev5 running alongside FedRAMP 20x.

Representative engagement

An AI platform selling into regulated enterprises.

Bank and insurer customers asked how models are evaluated and how prompt injection is prevented. We red-teamed the retrieval and agent layers, built an ISO/IEC 42001-aligned management system around the findings and produced a customer-facing AI responsibility matrix.

Questions clients ask us.

How do we get certified to ISO/IEC 42001?

An accredited certification body issues the certificate after a two-stage audit. We build the AI management system, run the internal audit and management review, and prepare you for both stages.

Is the EU AI Act relevant outside the EU?

Yes, if you place AI systems on the EU market or their output is used there. Your role in the value chain determines your obligations.

What does AI red teaming produce?

Reproducible findings (attack, conditions, impact and mitigation) mapped to the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and MITRE ATLAS.
