Win the enterprise deal without stalling the roadmap.
For SaaS companies, assurance is a sales asset. We build programs that shorten security reviews and keep engineering focused on the product.
What is at stake.
- 01
Procurement velocity
Buyers expect a current SOC 2 Type II report and recent testing before they sign.
- 02
Multi-tenancy
One authorization flaw can expose every customer at once.
- 03
AI features
Security reviews now ask about model providers and prompt-injection defenses.
Where the exposure actually sits.

- R1
Tenant isolation
Authorization logic that trusts client-supplied tenant identifiers.
- R2
CI/CD & supply chain
Over-privileged pipelines, leaked secrets and compromised dependencies.
- R3
Identity sprawl
SSO exceptions, unmanaged service accounts and long-lived tokens.
- R4
Customer-facing AI
Prompt injection and data leakage through retrieval.
The rules that shape the work.
The instruments that set the bar in this sector, and what each one demands.

EU Cyber Resilience Act
EUReporting obligations from September 2026, most others from December 2027. Whether it reaches a pure SaaS offering is decided case by case.
EU AI Act
EUTransparency duties from August 2026. The 2026 Digital Omnibus deferred high-risk obligations to December 2027 and August 2028.
How we respond.
Each engagement is scoped to your regulator, your deadline and the evidence your assessor will ask for.

A Series C platform with three frameworks due in one quarter.
One customer required SOC 2 Type II, another ISO/IEC 27001, and both sent AI questionnaires. We mapped one control set to both, ran a single evidence calendar and drafted an AI statement grounded in what the product actually does.
Questions clients ask us.
SOC 2 or ISO/IEC 27001: which first?
North American buyers usually ask for SOC 2; international buyers often prefer ISO/IEC 27001. Design the first with the second in mind and the second costs far less.
Who signs our SOC 2 report?
A licensed CPA firm signs the opinion. We take you from scoping and control design to an audit-ready evidence set, then run the audit with you through to a clean report.
How often should a SaaS product be tested?
At least annually and after significant change, with targeted testing for major features such as authentication and AI.
