Practice led by CISA- and CISM-certified practitioners

One payment. Several rulebooks.

A single payment can touch PCI DSS, PIN, 3-D Secure, SWIFT and DORA. Each is assessed separately. The infrastructure underneath is shared.

We scope once, reuse evidence wherever the standards overlap and stay exact where they diverge. We carry that work all the way to a clean assessment with your QSA.

Payment security

The wider PCI family.

The specialist standards beyond PCI DSS, each with its own assessor program.

PCI DSS Gap & Readiness

Not ready for a formal assessment yet?

We test every applicable requirement first and turn each gap into a task with an owner and a date.

PCI DSS readiness
Point-to-Point Encryption

P2PE readiness & advisory

A validated P2PE solution can cut merchant scope dramatically, provided every component meets the P2PE Standard.

  • Solution and component architecture review
  • Key-injection and device chain-of-custody review

We take your solution through design review and evidence preparation so validation runs to plan.

PIN security

PCI PIN Security readiness

Protecting PINs and their keys from entry to verification: key ceremonies, dual control, split knowledge and HSMs.

  • Key-management lifecycle review
  • HSM configuration and usage assessment

We rehearse your key ceremonies and close the gaps before the formal assessment begins.

3-D Secure

PCI 3DS readiness

Security for the ACS, directory server and 3DS server that handle authentication data.

  • 3DS data environment scoping
  • Reuse of PCI DSS evidence where environments overlap

Most 3DS environments share infrastructure with the CDE. We scope both together, so you test once.

Payment software

Software Security Framework readiness

The Secure Software and Secure SLC Standards replaced PA-DSS. Both reward security engineered in from the first commit.

  • Secure SLC gap assessment
  • Product readiness and threat modeling

We prepare your product and your development lifecycle for listing, so the formal assessment holds no surprises.

Card production

Card production security readiness

Logical and physical security for card manufacturers, personalizers and provisioning services.

  • Personalization network review
  • Vault, key and cryptographic-device controls

We review your sites and networks against the Card Production standards ahead of the brand assessment.

External scanning

ASV scanning readiness & coordination

Quarterly external scans that pass first time: complete scope, fast remediation, disputes backed by evidence.

  • External attack-surface inventory
  • Pre-scan assessment and dispute evidence

PCI DSS external scans must come from a PCI SSC-listed ASV.

Forensic readiness

Payment incident & forensic readiness

The first hours of a suspected card compromise decide how much evidence survives.

  • Brand-aligned incident playbooks
  • Evidence preservation and containment support

When a brand-mandated investigation starts, your logs are intact, your timeline is written and the PFI starts on day one.

Orientation

DORA Readiness & Operational Resilience

NIS2 Readiness

NIS2 for essential and important entities

Management accountability, Article 21 risk-management measures and incident reporting at 24 hours, 72 hours and one month.

  • Applicability under national transposing law
  • Gap assessment and reporting procedures
  • Alignment with DORA and ISO/IEC 27001

For financial entities, DORA generally applies as the sector-specific act. NIS2 still reaches group companies and their providers, so we settle the national position first.

FAQ

Questions about this practice.

Who issues our Report on Compliance?

Your ROC is signed by an independent QSA company. We take you from scoping to a clean assessment, and sit beside you through fieldwork.

Do payment software vendors still need PA-DSS?

No. PA-DSS was retired and replaced by the PCI Software Security Framework.

Does a listed P2PE solution take us out of PCI DSS?

No. Used correctly, it can make you eligible for a much shorter SAQ.

How do quarterly ASV scans work with you?

External PCI DSS scans come from a PCI SSC-listed ASV. We coordinate them, remediate failing results and prepare the dispute evidence.

Do NIS2 and DORA both apply to an EU bank?

DORA generally applies as the sector-specific act. Group companies outside DORA may still fall under national NIS2 law, so we map it entity by entity.
